Process Instrumentation Terms & Support
ONLINE PURCHASE:
To order a product online, simply enter the quantity desired in the appropriate box. When you are finished, scroll down (if necessary) and click on the "Purchase" button. You will be taken to our shopping cart where you may change quantities (to eliminate an item, change the quantity to "0"), continue shopping, or check out.
If you check out, you will be asked for contact and shipping information. Please note that once you complete this and go to the portion where credit information is entered, it is on a secure server. In addition to credit card purchases, we provide options for Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) orders and Purchase Orders. The latter are offered to companies with open accounts in good standing with Flow Line Options.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time, and get your preferred shipping method. Once we have the shipping information, we will be able to provide the shipping costs.
Flo-Corp also accepts orders via e-mail, regular mail, fax, and telephone. Please feel free to contact us about products not offered for online sale.
SUPPORT
We support what we sell. If you have a problem, please contact us via e-mail, phone, or fax, and describe your problem in detail. In the vast majority of cases, we should be able to help you very quickly. On the rare occasions we cannot help you on that initial contact, we will arrange for a technical support specialist to get back to you. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Should a product need to be returned for inspection, repair, or refund, please contact us first for a Return Authorization Number. No products will be accepted for return without the RA Number. Any warranty service will be performed by the manufacturers, but we will gladly help coordinate those returns and service.
Flow, level, gas detection, pH and analytical, chart recorders, calibrators, and other process instrumentation are all available for online purchase.
