MEMFlo Flow Meter Sizing & Field Correction Calculators
MEMFlo Online Calculator Sets are offered for either meter capacity selection, or for correcting an existing MEMFlo Flowmeter for a different fluid and/or operating conditions.
The “Sizing” Calculators are intended for converting your application conditions to MEMFlo’s standard capacity bases in order to select a MEMFlo flow meter.
The “Corrections” Calculators, correct an existing MEMFlo Flowmeter reading for new fluid conditions.
If you need to convert from other measurement units before using these sizing calculators, please use our Online Unit Conversion Calculators!
If you need to look up the specific volume of steam, we now offer an online steam calculator for specific volume. You may also download our Condensed MEMFlo Steam Table PDF file, or use our Condensed Saturated and Superheated Steam Table page.
Gas Sizing, Std. Meters | Gas Sizing, RangeMaster | Liquid Sizing | Steam Flow Sizing
Gas Corrections | Liquid Corrections | Steam Corrections, #/hr scales | Steam Corrections, Std. Scales
Note: The "Z" factor value will default to "1" if you leave it blank and click the "MEMFlo Flow?" button. If you know the compressibility value at your operating gas conditions, you may enter a different value and the calculator will correct for it. Most common gas flow applications do not require this correction.
This calculator converts your operating conditions to the equivalent MEMFlo SCFM, based on Dry Air @ 100 psig, 70°F.
This basis is used for all MEMFlo Gas Flowmeters except RangeMaster models, which use the calculator below.
This calculator converts your operating conditions to the equivalent MEMFlo SCFH, based on Dry Air @ 0 psig, 70°F.
This calculator converts your operating conditions to the equivalent MEMFlo GPM, based on Liquid Sp. Gr. = 1.00.
This calculator converts your operating conditions to the equivalent MEMFlo SCFM, based on Dry Air @ 100 psig, 70°F.
* Use "1" to determine a multiplier for all flows.
Note: The "Z" factor value will default to "1" if you leave it blank and click the "Corrected Flow?" button. If you know the compressibility value at your operating gas conditions, you may enter a different value and the calculator will correct for it. Most common gas flow applications do not require this correction.
This calculator converts scale readings to the equivalent flow for your operating conditions, and will work for both MEMFlo standard and RangeMaster Flowmeters.
