The Vibex 2000™ universal vibrating level switch is an ideal instrument for accurate point level detection in solids. When the vibrating rod is immersed in the product, the vibration frequency change is detected by the integrated electronics module and converted into a switching command. If the vibrating rod is not covered by solids, its natural resonant frequency changes back and so does the state of the switching output. The optimum rod design avoids buildup and jamming by the bulk solid materials. Typical applications include granular and coarse-grained bulk solids.

The Tracer 1000 GWR level transmitter is ideal for various types of processing and storage applications and has an exceptional performance in liquids even with low reflectivity such as light oils and hydrocarbons.
