Vibex™ LSV1 Vibrating Level Switch

vibex Description Specification

The Vibex™ universal vibrating level switch is an ideal solution for point level detection in liquids. Using vibrating fork technology, this device will detect the change in its natural resonant frequency depending on the liquid coverage of the vibrating fork. If the vibrating fork is covered by liquid, its natural resonant frequency changes, which is detected by the sensor and converted into a switching output signal. If the vibrating fork is not covered by liquid, its natural resonant frequency changes back and so does the state of the switching output.

Vibex Plus™ LSV2 Vibrating Level Switch

The Vibex Plus™ is a universal level switch for liquids. It reliably detects level within millimeter precision regardless of installation position. The Vibex Plus can be used as an empty or full detector, as overfill protection, dry run protection, or pump protection in vessels and pipelines. The artificial intelligence within the Vibex brain will ignore any coating or deposit on the sensors to provide trouble free service for years. The smart power supply can detect an AC power circuit or DC power. The DPDT relay can be used to switch a pump on or off and also provide a set of contacts for an audible alarm or light. The NEMA 6 enclosure provides protection in wet, dirty environments.

Vibex 2000™ LSV2S Level Switch for Solids

The Vibex 2000™ universal vibrating level switch is an ideal instrument for accurate point level detection in solids. When the vibrating rod is immersed in the product, the vibration
frequency change is detected by the integrated electronics module and converted into a switching command. If the vibrating rod is not covered by solids, its natural resonant frequency changes back and so does the state of the switching output. The optimum rod design avoids buildup and jamming by the bulk solid materials. Typical applications include granular and coarse-grained bulk solids.
