MEMFlo Industrial Volumetric Flow Meters for Liquids, Gas & Steam

“When our other flow meters started melting, we had to go with a pipe by-pass and literally adjust burners by eye. By installing MEMFlo volumetric flow meters and fine-tuning our process, we actually chopped about $18,000 the first month off our oxygen bill. That’s a pretty good sized number!”

- Mr. Chip Turner, Facilities and Furnaces Manager

All MEMFlo volumetric flow meters offer:
  • Easy installation
  • Good accuracy & readability
  • Low maintenance

The MEMFlo volumetric flow meter’s simple design provides an accurate meter for just about any liquid, gas or steam application. The MEMFlo volumetric flow meter is a volumetric meter that does not require any straight runs of pipe and is built to last for decades.  This technology is sometimes referred to as a variable area flow meter, VA meter, rotameter, or rotometer.  While these terms are used interchangeably at times, the MEMFlo flow meter has many unique advantages over other meters using the same volumetric principle for measurement including excellent tolerance to suspended solids, extended flow ranges, incredible durability, disassembly without removing from the pipeline, and many more. In use for over 30 years, the MEMFlo volumetric flowmeter has now been upgraded with a wide range of electronic options. Some applications include fracking, water and wastewater, steam, gas mixing, acids and deionized water. There are over hundreds of applications the MEMFlo volumetric flow meter is used in.
