PDFlo Positive Displacement Flow Meters for Industrial Service

PDFlo positive displacement flow meters are affordable and accurate. One primary feature is their ability to maintain consistent accuracy despite changing viscosity conditions. This reliability, coupled with a large turndown range, offers an affordable replacement for older turbine technology. The meter’s solid construction and excellent dynamic response are well suited to the measurement of oil, grease, fuel, solvents, polyurethanes, brake fluid, Skydrol as well as other nonabrasive lubricating fluids.

“The FLO-CORP flow meter was the only product we could find to cover the wide range of flow rates we needed to monitor. Service? What service? Because of the quality of their product we haven’t needed any service during the past five years we’ve been doing business with Flow Line Options.”

GearFlo™ PDTX4 Four-Wire Meter Mounted Flow Transmitter

PDTX4 PDFlo Positive Displacement Flow Meter Description Specification

The GearFlo™ PDTX4 is a four-wire, meter mounted digital flow transmitter that is compatible with most PDFlo flow meters. The PDTX4 is housed in a Class I Hazardous Location rated enclosure and features HART communication protocol. A large, back-lighted LCD graphic display provides an easy to read indication of flow rate or total in user programmable engineering units. To change any key functions, simply use the magnet that is attached. No opening of the enclosure is required. To prevent the magnet from entering the programming mode inadvertently, an on board jumper controls ability to allow programming via external magnet. An isolated input also allows for remote rest of the totalizer. A 4-20 mA rate output with user programmable filtering and scaling is also provided for remote indication.

Starting at $910

Power Requirement: 15-24 VDC/150mA (customer supplied)
Sensor/Monitor Frequency Range: 0-4000 Hz
Analog Output: 4-20 mA
